Frequently Asked Questions
Is your hemp certified organic?
No. Getting a federally approved organic certificate is extremely difficult. However, the farmers we source our hemp from, use organic farming practices on their hemp. They do not use pesticides or herbicides and use the highest quality nutrients available.
Will using your product cause me to fail a drug test?
This is a two-part question. One is how sensitive is the testing procedure being used? And does your employer have a zero-tolerance policy? The answer to the first question requires you to know how the test is being conducted and to what degree is it accurate. Since Herb-a-lites is certified as industrial hemp, there can be as much as .3% THC in the product. Very few testing facilities are sensitive enough to detect this level but some most definitely are. If your employer will fail you for .3% THC or less, then we would not suggest using this product.
What Payment Options do you accept?
Any credit card! SQUARE is our payment platform.
How are your products packaged?
Since we are selling industrial hemp and not marijuana according to the 2014 Farm Bill definition, and the material is far less pungent than marijuana, we only need to place the hemp into a sealed package for shipping.
What cultivars do you offer?
We have two suppliers of seeds: Zion Farms (Berry Blossom) and Trilogene Seeds (Superwoman, Sangria, BG#5). Currently we have Superwoman flower available for sale. The rest are in the curing room.
What is the CBD and THC levels of your hemp?
All our hemp is U.S. grown by licensed growers. All products are .3% THC or less and the CBD % ranges from 10% to 15% depending on the product and the mixture of tops to leaves. Don't forget to check the lab test of each.
Will I receive any testing results with my order?
Every shipment contains a packing list and the most recent third-party potency testing. We want to assure both our customer as well as anyone else who sees our products to know we follow all applicable regulatory guidelines for hemp as set forth under Colorado state law. We also offer downloadable copies of the test results on our website.
How do you ship orders?
We use UPS Ground for all our shipments. This provides a less costly option, heightened security, and timeframes in the 3-5 day shipping range depending on weather, your location, and the mood of the driver (smile).
Do You Sell larger quantities for resale?
Yes! We expect to have more than 1,000 lbs ready in the next few weeks. We have discounts for larger orders.
